born from the ashes of well-known italian hardcore outfits of the past such as summer league and ivory cage and featuring former the secret members, THE GUILT SHOW was formed in bologna [italy] during the spring of 2006. with a solid line up, the band delivers a good blend of heavy hardcore, taking inspiration from bands from both the past and the modern age, but still focusing on writing the fastest, most uncompromising and groundbreaking songs ever possible. hardcore in its purest form, with a no-frills attitude, made by veterans of the scene. the lyrics of the songs written by the band deal with some issues that the hardcore scene seem to have forgotten about nowadays, such as politics and animal rights. the inflation of bands that seem to only be worried about their [bad] haircuts, nails and weird make-ups represents what we truly as a band stand against. we're sick of their fashionable tattoos, sick of their trendy haircuts, sick of their bullshit lyrics.
